Section 1 General provisions
We process your personal data (e.g. position, name, address, email address, telephone number) exclusively in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law and European Union (EU) data protection law. The following provisions inform you not only of the purposes of processing, recipients, legal basis and storage periods, but also of your rights and the controller of the processing of your data. This privacy policy applies only to our websites. If you access other sites through links on our pages, please be aware of how they use your data.
Section 2 Contact us
(1)Purpose of data processing
Your personal data that you have provided to us via email, contact form, etc. will be processed to respond to your requests. You are not required to provide us with your personal information, but we will not be able to respond to your email requests without your email address.

You have the right to object at any time to data processing that has been carried out in accordance with Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR and which does not serve direct marketing, for reasons arising from your particular situation.
However, in the case of direct marketing, you can object to such processing at any time without specifying a reason.
(3) Legitimate interest
Our legitimate interest in processing data is to communicate with you in a timely manner and respond to your requests in a cost-effective manner. If you provide us with your address, we reserve the right to use it for direct mail marketing. You can protect your data protection interests by transmitting them in an efficient manner (for example, using a pseudonym).

The legal basis for such processing is set out in Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
(3) Legitimate interest
Our legitimate interest is the public exchange of user opinions on specific topics and products. The publication serves, among other things, the purposes of transparency and opinion formation. Your interest in data protection is maintained by allowing you to publish your comment under a pseudonym.
(4) Duration of storage
There is no specific storage period. You can request removal of your comment at any time.
(5) Right to object
You have the right to object at any time to data processing that has been carried out in accordance with Art. Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR and which does not serve direct marketing for reasons arising from your particular situation.
In the case of direct marketing, however, you can object to processing at any time without specifying any reason.

Section 6 Your rights as a data subject
If your personal data is processed, you are a “data subject” under the GDPR and you have the following rights vis-à-vis us, the controller:
1. Right to information
You can request information from us about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Article 15 GDPR.
2. Right to rectification
If your personal data provided to us is not current or inaccurate, you have the right to ask for changes to your personal data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR. You also have the right to ask us to complete incomplete data.
3. Right to erasure
You have the right to erase your personal data and to request its erasure in accordance with Article 17 GDPR.
4. Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 GDPR.
5. Right to data portability
You have the right referred to in Article 20 GDPR to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit this data to another controller.
6. Right to withdraw consent given under data protection law
You have the right referred to in Article 7(3) to withdraw your consent at any time based on the data protection provisions. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
