Section 1 General provisions

We process your personal data (e.g. position, name, address, email address, telephone number) exclusively in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law and European Union (EU) data protection law. The following provisions inform you not only of the purposes of processing, recipients, legal basis and storage periods, but also of your rights and the controller of the processing of your data. Our legitimate interest in processing data is to communicate with you in a timely manner and respond to your requests in a cost-effective manner. (4) Duration of storage

There is no specific storage period. You can request removal of your comment at any time.

In the case of direct marketing, however, you can object to processing at any time without specifying any reason.

Section 6 Your rights as a data subject

If your personal data is processed, you are a “data subject” under the GDPR and you have the following rights vis-à-vis us, the controller:

1. Right to information

You can request information from us about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Article 15 GDPR.

2. Right to rectification

If your personal data provided to us is not current or inaccurate, you have the right to ask for changes to your personal data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR. You also have the right to ask us to complete incomplete data.

3. Right to erasure

You have the right to erase your personal data and to request its erasure in accordance with Article 17 GDPR.

4. Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 GDPR.

5. Right to data portability

You have the right referred to in Article 20 GDPR to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit this data to another controller.

6. Right to withdraw consent given under data protection law
